Balance and clarity.  Our signature crisp colonial pale ale with a delicious blend of glacier, cascade, and centennial hops.  It all started here.   Sometimes we add seasonal flavor additions to the #1.

IPA / 5.5% ABV / 76 IBU

Our classic IPA with a generous helping of Centennial, Chinook, and Cascade hops.  The spirit of 76 infuses this one, with a 76 minute boil and 76 IBUs for a floral burst from the musket!

HESSIAN SESSION

Bavarian Kolsch / 4.6% ABV / 15 IBU

Hanging tory

English Bitter / 4.5% ABV / 10 IBU

 A mild copper slow sipper.   We can imagine generals Cornwallis Howe and Clinton pounding numerous pints of this ale as they devised one futile plan after another to corral the ever elusive General Washington.

STOUT HEARD 'ROUND THE WORLD

Double Milk Chocolate Stout / 6.5% ABV / 21 IBU

The start of the Revolution!  This one garnered us the top score of "44" at the Philadelphia Homebrewer's 2016 Winter Warmers Competition.  A generous helping of chocolate malt, roasted barley, lactose and finished with a heap of cocoa nibs.  A classic example of the Sweet Stout style!

ANGRY DAD ALE

Cream Ale / 4.8% ABV / 15 IBU

You worked hard all week.  You deserve this.  Not too hoppy, this evenly blended cream ale is a lighter alternative with hints of caramel and honey.  This one goes down especially well at your favorite tailgate before the big game!
